I'm thrilled to present the cutest shaker card featuring the Picket Fence May Release. If you love shakers and enjoy exploring various card techniques, this creation is for you! CARD RECIPE
BACKGROUND
- Add a card panel to the Paper Inking Palette - 10x10
- Place the Rainbow Dreams 6x8 Stencil over the card panel
- Add Rose Red Paper Glaze Glass and Sea Glass Blue Paper Glaze to the top of the stencil
- Using a paper scraper or palette knife, drag down the paper glazes over the panel, blending the two glazes in the middle to create a blend of the two colors
- Set aside to dry
SHAKER
- Die cut the front of the Shaker Panel using the A2 Saying Hello Cover Plate Die
- Glue a piece of acetate to the back of the A2 Saying Hello Cover Plate Die to create the window
- Add a thin strip of foam tape along the outer edge of the A2 Saying Hello Cover Plate Die
- Once the background is dry, Sprinkle Speed of Light Gems and Sequin Mix - Iridescent Moonshine on the center of the panel
- Remove the protective layer from the foam tape and attach the shaker front to the background
- Glue shaker onto the card base
CARD FRONT
- Stamp out the critter images from the Baby Critters Stamp Set using Black Hybrid Ink Pad
- Color images in
- Die cut using coordinating Baby Critters Dies
- Die cut the Hello from the Hello to You Word Dies using Black Glitter paper
- Glue Hello to the card front
- Add foam to the back of the critter and glue in place
INSIDE
- Stamp out the sentiment from the Swanky Sentiments - Sympathy Stamps using Black Hybrid Ink Pad
- Optional, add an additional critter to the bottom of the panel
