Papertrey Ink May Release Inspiration Cards

Hello, my dearest crafty friends! Hope you all had a wonderful week.

Today I am back with a ton of inspiration featuring this month's Papertrey Ink's May Release. It's all about Babies, Heroes, and many more staple design elements that are perfect builders for your collection. I won't go into too much detail as this post will be longer than usual, but I will link all the elements of each card below them. This card was so simple to make and I am in love with it. It is perfect for someone needing strength and encouragement in life. Possibly even a sympathy card.

Ok, I had to save my favorite card for last. How real do these Gereaniums look!? I am obsessed!!! When get geraniums I always look for these hot pink-centered ones. They are my absolute favorite. And what about the corners? I used them to create the background panel and I LOVE the result. So unique!

Alex Syberia Designs | February 2021 Digital Stamp Release Inspiration Cards

These cards feature some of the digital stamps from Alex Syberia's February 2021 Digital Stamp Release.

CARD DETAILS

This first is definitely my favorite. How cool is this rainbow beauty?!

 

Here is a breakdown of how these cards were made.

• Downloaded the Hello Gorgeous image from the Alex Syberia Shop
• Printed  it out onto Neenah Cardstock
• Colored it using Copic Markers
• Sentiment - Magical Unicorn Stamp Set
• Ink - Blackout Ink 
• Glitter - Chunky Sparkle 

This next colorful card was super simple and quick to make.

• Downloaded the Flower Garden Panel from the Alex Syberia Shop
• Printed it out onto Neenah Cardstock
• Ink Blending using Atelier Inks
• Spritzed with water and colored lifted using a paper towel.
• Dies - Bee Bold Lower Case Dies and Bee Bold Alphabet Dies
• Glitter Centers - Chunky Sparkle and Prisma Glitter

This last card turned out super cute and perfect for Valentine's Day. 

• Downloaded the Love Cookie Elentents from the Alex Syberia Shop
• Rearranged the Cookies to form the shape of a heart
• Printed it out onto Neenah Cardstock
• Colored using Copic Markers
• Dies - Love You Dies
• Glitter - Prisma Glitter

Have a Colorful Day Inspiration Cards | Spellbinders | GOM September 2020

Hello, dear crafty friends!

Today I have a set of rainbow cards to share with you using the Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil Kit of the Month for September 2020 "Have a Colorful Day" Glimmer Hot Foil Plates. I had so much fun creating these cards that I actually had to stop myself from creating more. If you know me you know how much I love rainbows!

CARD DETAILS

Here is how these cards were made.

Start by plugging in the HOT FOIL SYSTEM. Use the RAINBOW Glimmer Foil and trim it down to size using the plates you want to use as guides. Once the system is ready and the plates are hot, run the foil sandwich through the PLATINUM 6 DIE CUTTING PLATFORM. For this card, I only foiled the Shine Bright Sentiment from the EVERYDAY SENTIMENTS II.

I then used the rainbow and cloud dies to cut out the rainbow and pieced it together. Luckily I had some rainbow craft foam scraps that coordinated perfectly. I then inlaid the gold arches.

To finish the card I used some iridescent raindrops.

For this next card, I used the striped arches to foil the rainbow onto the card front again using the RAINBOW Glimmer Foil. I then foiled the sentiment using a BLACK Glimmer Foil and used the RECTANGLE ETCHED DIES to trim down the panel.

Next, I used the negative of the gold glitter rainbow from the previous card to outline the striped arches and added a couple of silver glitter clouds to complete the rainbow design.

To the card base, I added a rainbow border using the GLIMMER RECTANGLE GLIMMER PLATES.

For this third card, I began by foiling the MODERN LINES GLIMMER PLATE across the bottom of the card panel. I used the rainbow die to figure out where to position the ached sentiment and then used the RAINBOW Glimmer Foil once again to foil onto the paper.

I then die cut another rainbow using silver glitter foil paper and used the negative piece only and inlaid the rainbow craft foam from the first card. To finish this card I popped on the two clouds.

This last card took the longest to make as I used the same rainbow plate on different spots of the card front.

To the center rainbow on the card front, I added the silver glitter paper to fill it in and then added a sentiment strip that was done using SILVER Glimmer Foil on black cardstock. 

And this card was complete after I added all the cute little clouds. I hope you enjoyed this cheerful rainbow-inspired cards.
