CARD RECIPE

Background - Crafty Meraki Fern Lattice Background A2

Florals - Crafty Meraki Artisan Flora Succulents Para-Dies

Terrarium - Crafty Meraki Artisan Flora Add On Terrarium Para-Dies

Trailing greens - Olive Leaf Meraki Para-Dies

Gems - Meraki Sparkle African violet & Meraki Sparkle Emerald

Stamp - Crafty Meraki Love Potion Stamp set

• Die cut, ink blend, and paste Crafty Meraki Artisan Flora Succulents Para-Dies together. Add foam in between layers for dimension.
• Embellish centers with gems and glitter.
• Arrange and glue succulents onto the Crafty Meraki Artisan Flora Add On Terrarium Para-Dies base. 

• Glue Terrarium frame over the arrangement.
• Where there is space between the base of the arrangement add glue and sprinkle with micro beads.
• Add trailing leaves Olive Leaf Meraki Para-Dies to the arrangement. 
• Stamp and create a banner using a sentiment from Crafty Meraki Love Potion Stamp set.
• Attach to Crafty Meraki Fern Lattice Background A2
• Glue to the card base.

CARD RECIPE

BACKGROUND

• Die cut a cardstock panel using the Crafty Meraki Speckled Canopy Background A2
• Remove the negative pieces
• Add foam behind the panel and adhere it to an A2 size card base

CARD FRONT

• Die cut the pieces for the Crafty Meraki Artisan Flora Lily Para-Dies
• For the Lily petals ink blend the centers with yellow ink, and mid petals use pink ink and blue ink for the tips. This will create a little rainbow gradient. To the leaves add some green ink for shading. For the stamen, I used a yellow copic and colored the ends and then glued on a layer of prisma sparkle.
• Glue and piece the layers together. Use thin foam for added dimension
• To the center of the lily, I used a black and white gel pen to add the dotted details
• Die cut the basket and the terrarium of the Crafty Meraki Artisan Flora Add On Terrarium Para-Dies, to create a planter for the arrangement cut off the top pieces of the terrarium and glue them together
• Arrange the flowers in the planter and glue them to the card front. Use foam to elevate as needed.

FINISHING TOUCHES

• To add a sentiment I cut a thin strip using the same card stock for the planter. To the top of the strip, I glued a sentiment banner stamped using a sentiment from the Crafty Meraki Love Potion Stamp set
• Glue the sentiment strip in place
• Finish by adding some bling using Meraki Sparkle Golden Illusion to the top of the banner and the planter. To pick up and glue the embellishments use the Bling Buddy Embellishment Wand tool.

Hello Shaker Card | Picket Fence Studios

Greetings, my crafty friends!

I'm thrilled to present the cutest shaker card featuring the Picket Fence May Release. If you love shakers and enjoy exploring various card techniques, this creation is for you! Plus, if you'd like to watch the process behind this card, be sure to follow me on Instagram or Facebook, where I'll be posting a Reel showcasing its assembly.

CARD RECIPE

BACKGROUND

• Add a card panel to the Paper Inking Palette - 10x10
• Place the Rainbow Dreams 6x8 Stencil over the card panel
• Add Rose Red Paper Glaze Glass and Sea Glass Blue Paper Glaze to the top of the stencil
• Using a paper scraper or palette knife, drag down the paper glazes over the panel, blending the two glazes in the middle to create a blend of the two colors 
• Set aside to dry

SHAKER

• Die cut the front of the Shaker Panel using the A2 Saying Hello Cover Plate Die
• Glue a piece of acetate to the back of the A2 Saying Hello Cover Plate Die to create the window
• Add a thin strip of foam tape along the outer edge of the A2 Saying Hello Cover Plate Die
• Once the background is dry, Sprinkle Speed of Light Gems and Sequin Mix - Iridescent Moonshine on the center of the panel
• Remove the protective layer from the foam tape and attach the shaker front to the background
• Glue shaker onto the card base

CARD FRONT

• Stamp out the critter images from the Baby Critters Stamp Set using Black Hybrid Ink Pad
• Color images in 
• Die cut using coordinating Baby Critters Dies
• Die cut the Hello from the Hello to You Word Dies using Black Glitter paper
• Glue Hello to the card front
• Add foam to the back of the critter and glue in place

INSIDE 

• Stamp out the sentiment from the Swanky Sentiments - Sympathy Stamps using Black Hybrid Ink Pad
• Optional, add an additional critter to the bottom of the panel

European Inspired Umbrella Canopy Card | Honey Bee Stamps

Hello, my friends!

During our European trip last year, we saw numerous narrow streets adorned with vibrant canopies of colorful umbrellas. They provide a welcoming shade from the scorching summer sun. Today's European-inspired umbrella Canopy card design draws inspiration from these beautiful memories and features the umbrella die from the Lovely Layers: April Showers set from Honey Bee Stamps. Here is a photo of my daughter under one of the beautiful canopies in Italy.

CARD RECIPE

Umbrellas - Lovely Layers: April Showers - Honey Cuts

Stamp - Blessings Of Spring

Coordination die - Blessings Of Spring - Honey Cuts

Ink - Bee Creative Intense Black Ink Pad

This card was simple to make as most of it was die-cutting and assembly. 

UMBRELLAS

• Die-cut the umbrella in the desired rainbow cardstock colors. 
• Add a layer of light shading under the umbrella canopy using dark ink.
• Piece together the umbrellas, adding foam on the smallest top layer of the umbrella.

CARDBASE

• Glue a trimmed light blue cardstock lined with foam onto a 5x7 card base.
• Arrange the umbrellas in rainbow order and glue them onto the card front. I used press and seal to keep the umbrellas in place while I added adhesive to the back. 

STAMP

• Stamp out the Blessings Of Spring sentiment using Bee Creative Intense Black Ink Pad.
• Die cut using the sentiment using the Blessings Of Spring coordinating Dies.
• Add foam to the sentiment and glue it in place.

FINISHING DETAILS

• I added clear acrylic raindrops as a whimsical touch. Sorry, the ones I used are no longer available but I will link some similar ones here and below.
