Honey Bee Stamps | Day One - Autumn Afternoon Release Blog Hop

Hello, my friends and welcome to Day One of the Autumn Afternoon Release Blog Hop. If you have already started hopping you would have arrived here from Julianne's Blog. If you want to start the Blog Hop from the beginning click HERE. I will link the complete line up close to the end of this post.

CARD DETAILS

I have a couple of cards to share with you today so I will try to keep it a brief as possible. This first card features the new SWEET SUNFLOWERS and that I colored using Copic markers and then die cut using the coordinating DIES. 

For the background blanket, I stamped out the BUFFALO PLAID STAMP using black ink onto the new SLIMLINE SENTIMENTS: BLANKET DIE.

I then die cut the scripted sending die from the SLIMLINE SENTIMENTS: BLANKET DIE, and heat embossed it with black EP to give it that glossy finish. 

For the warm wishes banner, I stamped the sentiments from the FALL STAMP SET and then die cut it with one of the SENTIMENT BANNER DIES.

This next card is perfect for all my coffee-loving friends. This card features the images from the new TREAT YO SELF STAMP and coordinating DIES. 

The images were colored using Copic markers. The background panel was created by die cutting the largest SCALLOP A2 FRAME and then using the smaller HEXAGON STENCIL to blend out the pattern on the panel.

The sentiment dies come from the new AUTUMN DIES and the stamps come from the coordinating AUTUMN STAMP SET.

This cute Slimline Card features the new NUTS ABOUT YOU and coordinating DIES, I also used HORIZON SLIMLINE BORDERS. Yes, as you can see I didn't create a Slimline horizontal card, but I wanted to show you it is also possible to use these dies and make a vertical Slimline scene. To frame the scene I used the SLIMLINE SENTIMENTS: EYELET DIES (Please note links for the new release will not be active until products go live on RELEASE DAY - Monday 9/21 @ Midnight EST.)

My card today features the new AUTUMN STAMPS and coordinating word DIES, I also used one of the layers of the LOVELY LAYERS MAPLE LEAF DIES. For the background, I used a variety of alcohol inks on Yupo paper that I then cut into squares and popped up with foam tape. Love this super simple design.
