The blackout technique is a wonderful way to add depth and drama to your cards, especially when paired with bright, bold colors. This fall card is perfect for sending warm greetings during the autumn season, and I hope it inspires you to try out the blackout technique in your next project!

Fall Forrest Friends Friendship Card | Honey Bee Stamps

Hello, my friends, and Happy Monday!

I have the cutest forest friends' friendship card to share with you today featuring some new and a few classic products from Honey Bee Stamps, so let's get started on all the details.

CARD RECIPE

• Die cut and piece together the cuties from the Heart Hugs Dies set. I added shading on the necks using the flip side of their coordinating die as a mask. I also added white gel highlights for fun. 

• Ink Blend the background using the Autumn Delight Background Stencils. See the thumbnails below for the colors used.
• Stamp out the bold Kind People Stamp using Bee Creative Intense Black Ink Pad and then use the coordinating die to cut it out. Use foam to pop the sentiment up.

• To finish, add some of the Harvest Pearl Stickers to the background.

Waffle Flower 2023 October Release Blog Hop and Giveaway

Hello Friends!

I am super excited to be joining Waffle Flower for this month's October Release! Today I have three cards to share and I hope you and hope you will enjoy them. Make sure to check out each stop in today’s blog hop for fun, inspiration, and chances to win some of these new goodies! Find all the hop details near the end of this post.

This first card features the Pop-Up Leaves Panel Die and the Coordinating Stencil. The stencil makes for the easiest ink blending of these Fall colors, and I love the subtle dimension you get from pinching the leaves together.

Using a different color behind the die-cut panel also adds more dimension to the card. To finish this simple Fall card I used the Script Thank You Die, done in Glitter Gold cardstock with the white shadow background.

Next, I have this fun Fall theme Postage Card featuring the newest additions to the collection. 

• Postage Collage for Fall Stamp Set
• Postage Collage for Fall Stencil
• Postage Collage Die (Not new)

On the Kraft background, I stamped in watermark ink, the new Multiple Fall Leaves Stamp Set. I also added a couple of die cuts from the new Dainty Fern Die set as an added detail.

For this last card, I used the Multiple Fall Leaves Stamp Set, which I heat embossed in gold, and then used the coordinating Multiple Fall Leaves Stencil to ink blend the warm colors. Once all the ink and added splatters were dry I die-cut the leaves with the Multiple Fall Leaves Die Set. This little trio is so versatile and a great value for the price point!

For the subtle background, I used the Woodgrain Die. This Die would also make a great window for a shaker card (next time). And to finish this beauty off I used the Print Thank You Die.
