Circle Shaped Shaker Thank You Cards

Hello friends!

Hope you all are enjoying the beautiful Summer weather 😎Unfortunately my time outdoors has been limited as I have been suffering from really bad seasonal allergies. So weird, because I have never had this issue before 👎Thank goodness for allergy medication!

Anyways, my cards today were inspired by the summer season. I wanted to create some bright and colorful flowers for my cards and though the coloring is a little more artistic vs. realistic I still feel like they look very summery to me.

To create my cards, I first stamped out the spring blossoms using Juicy Ink and heat set it using white embossing powder. Next, I colored the images in using Tombow Dual Brush Pens. This coloring was truly an experiment as I have never done anything like this before and I was really excited on how it turned out! I need to give Alex from Alexsyberia credit, who totally inspired me to step out of my comfort zone. Now to create the actual circle shaped card, I cut out the card base by using the Donut Card dies. I then cut out the colored cardstock with the circle die from the same donut set and glued it to the top of the card front. 

Next, I used the two largest Double Stitched Circle Dies and die cut the frame for the shaker front of the card. I then added the acetate to the frame and built it up with foam to create the space for the shaker bits. To the first card, I added I then added a mix of the Aurora Light, Shooting Star Confetti and heart sequins. For the second card, I just left out the Shooting star mix.

I then finished off the card fronts by adding the Spring Blossom flower clusters and the layered Large Thanks dies.

Canada Day Beaver Shaker Card for Ink On 3

Happy Canada Day to all my fellow Canadian Friends!

My shaker card today features these cute beavers that come from the Platyrific Pondies Stamp set. Actually, just one of the beavers come in the set and the other I just created by doing some simple mirror stamping. I then die cut the pieces and balloons using the coordinating dies and colored them in with Spectrum Noir Markers.

I also used the Phat Alphanumeric set to create the Canada Day sentiment, great set to have when you need to personalize a card.

DIY Nail Polish Color Reveal Wheel Card - Choose Your Color

Hello, my friends!

Today I'm sharing this super cute interactive DIY Nail Polish Color Reveal Wheel Card that I made using Honey Bee Stamp Goodies. If you don't have these specific products, I'm sure you must have something similar in your collection. 

I've wanted to create a spin card for a while now, and thanks to our friends from Lawn Fawn, spin wheel cards are all the rage right now and super easy to make if you have the die. But since I don't have that particular die yet, I wanted to share with you all how you can come up with your own designs to suit other dies you may already have. In this case, I thought it would be fun to create a nail polish bottle that changed colors using the Nail Polish Bottle Die from Honey Bee Stamps. Also, if you know me I love making interactive cards and am always in need of a girly card 😀

As you can see from the next photo, the colors of the nail polish bottle are constantly changing as you spin the wheel. So much fun, just choose your favorite color! 

To the inside of the card, I stamped out the Happy Birthday stamp from the Foxy Sentiments Stamp set. I use this stamp all the time!
