Fallen Leaves Card Set | Honey Bee Stamps

Hello friends and hello fallen leaves! 

The trees right now are my favorite. All the colors just make me smile😊🍂🍁 So for today's post, I tried to replicate some of nature's beauty.

CARD RECIPE

• Die cut the leaves from the Lovely Layers Fall Foliage Dies using watercolor paper.
• Mist paper and sprinkle various colors of Shimmer Powder.
• Allow to completely dry.
• Add splatters to the leaves using black ink.

• Glue onto another die-cut layer for strength and to add a little dimension. 

• Use the Fanciful A2 Foil Plate to dry emboss 4 pieces of black cardstock for the background.

• Foil the sentiments onto black cardstock using the Fall Foliage Foil Plate using Copper Glimmer Foil and the Hot Foil System.

• Die cut the words using the coordinating dies from Fall Foliage Frame Dies.

• Assemble cards and glue them onto the pattern paper from this latest release Free Bee with purchase, or a Pattern paper of your choosing. 

• Use foam dots to pop up the sentiments.
• Embellish the cards by adding coordinating pearls.

I hope these colorful leaves inspired you to pull out your inks, powders, sprays, or whatever media you like, and have fun making faux fall leaves. These pictures don't do these leaves justice, they are so beautiful and shiny in real life.

Rainbow Mums Teapot Arrangement Card | Honey Bee Stamps

Hello friends and Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I was able to get away for a girl's Spa weekend to celebrate my beautiful Sister-in-law's 40th Birthday. I didn't realize how much I need that 😜

Anyways, on to today's card. As you can see I can't stay away from making rainbows whenever I can. This card features all new goodies from the Honey Bee Stamp Spooktacular Release.

CARD RECIPE

• Die cut all the pieces for the Lovely Layers Mum Dies from white card stock. I die cut an extra small Mum for this arrangement.
• Ink Blend each layer of the Mum in a different color of the rainbow. Try to go in rainbow order. I used Atelier Inks from Inkon3 for my rainbow colors. 
• Curl petal ends slightly, assemble and glue flowers together. Use foam in between layers for extra dimension.
• Die cut the Tea Pot base. I used gold foil cardstock as I didn't want it to compete with any other color.

• For the background, I used the Fanciful A2 Foil Plate to create a dry embossed textured panel by running it through my Die Cutter with the impression mat. I then trimmed it and added it to an A2 size card base.
• Next, I glued the Teapot and flower arrangement to the card front.

• For the sentiment, I stamped the Hello from the Fall Foliage Frame Stamp set on vellum using the Bee Creative Clear Embossing Ink with white embossing powder. 
• Die cut the Hello with the coordinating die from the Fall Foliage Frame Die set.
• Stamp out the my friend from the same stamp set only this time use black ink on white paper and die cut.
• Finish the card by adding some water like drops from the Shimmer and Shine Enamel Sticker set.
• For extra sparkle add some glue to the center of the flower and sprinkle on some glitter.
