It's Fleurette Bloom's New Product Release Week!

Today I am featuring the Gerbera Daisy Stamp Set.
Love her flower stamps, they are so versatile and great for many occasions!

I coloured the stamped images in with my Spectrum Noir Markers and added some clear Wink of Stella to the Petals for that extra sparkle. To finished it off, I added some Pink Flower Power sequins. For fun, I also splattered some black watercolour paint on the background.

Simple DIY Stamping Tool

Hey All!

Today I want to share with you this quick stamping tool I whipped up in under 10 minutes!
What does this tool do you may ask? Well, it allows you to stamp an image multiple times in the exact same spot, just in case the ink didn't go on dark enough or crisp enough that first time!

I have wanted to get myself the MISTI tool for the longest time. But, with the plummeting Canadian Dollar and the outrageous shipping costs I thought I would hold off for now.  In the mean time the DIYer in me decided to make something that could get me started. For the amount of stamping I do this is perfect for me and it is for my own personal use! So with supplies I had around the house I made my self this really Simple DIY Stamping Tool.

I have put together a video tutorial for those that would like to make something similar :)

Here are the supplies I used in case you missed it in the video:
CD case
grid paper
page protector or/laminator
craft fun foam
adhesive
pliers
scissors
paper slicer

Flower Pot Pocket Card - Free File

Over at Just Us Girls Challenge, they are having a color challenge this week. So I thought I should enter a card that I just made...

Cute, isn't it? So "Springy!" I love how it turned out.

All the files I used were created with the SCAL3 program and cut with my Cameo. I also used my Cuttlebug to emboss the bottom of the flower pot.

The card stock I used is from Recollections, the stamp is an i.clear stamp from studio G, the button and twine are from my leftover stash!  

I will be posting the files for this card, hopefully, tomorrow for all my crafty friends! Sorry, no time today :(

Cake Pop Gift Box - FREE DOWNLOAD

Hello and welcome to my blog! This is my first official post!!! Today I am sharing with you a cake box that I've created in SCAL2. I decided to enter it in the SVG Cuts Valentine challenge. I had such great feedback from SVG Cuts Facebook followers, and many requests to share the file. So I thought the easiest way would be to create a blog. I have been putting that off for so long but I finally caved! Not sure how often I will be posting...  life is so crazy busy right now! 

Anyways back to the post... here is my Cake Pop Gift Box! It is tall enough for a 6-inch stick, you can also use a 4-inch stick but the cake pop will sit on the paper. Hope you love it as much as I do! The Rose comes from SVG Cuts Crush on you kit , the chocolate truffle and borders come from their Free Designs on their Blog.

Click on the link below to get your own box. Please remember I am not a graphic designer, nor do I claim to be one. This file was done in SCAL2 and cut with the Cricut Expression machine (yes I know!) So I'm pretty sure it will work with the SCAL programs. Not so sure it will work with other software!
