Hello friends!
Today I am celebrating Crafty Meraki's #merakicraftober Christmas Extravaganza over on Instagram where I feature the process of making these cards. Make sure to click this link 👉HERE to watch and enter the HOP and Giveaway!
CARD RECIPE
- To start, first I die cut the Jingle Jewels EAP (Effortless Artistry Paper) using the coordinating Jingle Jewels Para-Dies.
- Next, I hot-foiled a ton of sentiments using the Gilded Holiday Greetings Foil Plate in a few foil colors and then used the Gilded Holiday Greetings Dies to cut them out.
- I then used the Under the Mistletoe Meraki Shimmer to do some dry embossing on the background papers, and then ink blended the edges of the panels with a coordinating ink color.
- Once all the pieces are done all you need to do is assemble each card. First I arranged the Jingle Jewels on the the front of the panel and then used Press and Seal to pick them up and flip them over. For each ornament, I used gilded thread and added it to the top using a little piece of tape.
- Add glue or foam to the back of the ornaments and stick them onto the front panel.
- Straighten and secure the gilded thread behind the panel with tape, sandwiching them between the card front panel and the card base.
- Add your Gilded Holiday Greetings to the front of the card and finish by adding Meraki Sparkle Gold for some sparkle.
As you can see this card was done the same way, only using different colors.
I hope these fun and super easy Jingle Jewel Cards inspired you to get started on your Holiday Cards.
