CARD RECIPE



For this background, I began by ink-blending the blue cardstock panel with Black Soot distress oxide ink and then Embossed the Panel using the SnowFlakes 3D Embossing Folder. I then used the Bee Creative Brilliant White Pigment Ink pad and lightly rubbed the embossed areas of the paper.
