Spring Garden Bird Cage Canvas | Mixed Media Project for SVGCuts Challenge

Yeah!!! I see I have a few more followers today... how exciting! Welcome to my little blog of happiness!

Today I'm going to share with you a project I've been thinking about and working on for a while. SVG Cuts has its Facebook Spring Challenge going on right now, so I thought I would enter. Wish me luck, it's going to be tough there are some really great entries... go check them out!

So here is my "Spring Garden Bird Cage" hope you like it :)

Spring Garden Bird Cage Canvas | Mixed Media Project for SVGCuts Challenge

I used files from SVG Cuts Playful Parlour, 3D Flowers Part 1, 3D Mums and Fall Flowers, Happy Bday You, and Amilie's Accessories Kits! Cut them all out with my Cameo using Recollections card stock.

I then glued all of the beautiful paperwork onto a 16X20 canvas that I had painted with sky blue acrylic paint. I used some twigs that I cut from my yard around the frame... and voila, my spring masterpiece! I think it will look great in our Solarium :)

and here close-ups...
