Spring Bliss Instagram Hop & Giveaway | Honey Bee Stamps

Happy Friday and welcome!

I hope you can all join me over on Instagram today as both these cards are part of the Spring Bliss IG Hop from Honey Bee Stamps where the Design Team will be sharing lots of Inspiration with new products and you can enter the giveaway.

CARD #1 RECIPE:

• Stamp out cut bunny and egg images from the Easter Buddies stamp set.
• Color using Copic markers.
• Die-cut using coordinating Easter Buddies Dies.

• Blend out the sky using Atelier Peacock Blue.
• Die-cut the fence and grass using dies from the Horizon Slimline Border Set.
• Arrange and glue onto Slimline Card front and card base.
• Add sentiment from the Hoppy Easter stamp set.
• Glue on clay hearts for embellishments.

CARD #2 RECIPE:

• Die-cut Itty Bitty Eggs Dies using various cardstock colors.
• Ink blend the background scene using the Outdoor Scene Cloud Stencil and the Grassy Hill Borders Stencils.
• Create the window frame for the shaker. The Scalloped A2 Frame was used in conjunction with a Deckled A2 Frame.

• Use acetate to create the window and line the edge with foam tape.
• Place colored Itty Bitty Eggs Dies in the center of the background scene, remove the protective tape from foam and adhere layers together to create the shaker.
• Glue to A2 card base. 

• Die-cut the top layer of the Happy Die.
• Use Copic Marker to add green color to the bottom of the letters.
• Add Prisma Glitter over top.
• Die-cut letters from the Bee Narrow Upper Alpha Dies to spell out Easter. Repeat the last few steps to add the color and glitter.
• Glue sentiments onto the shaker window panel.

Honey Bee Stamps - Spring Bliss - Day 4 Sneak Peeks

This colorful Spring card features the new Bee Young Spring Free Bee that you can get Free with purchase while quantities last. How cute is she!? (Please note links will not be active until products go live on RELEASE DAY -  Tuesday 2/16 at 11pm EST)

CARD RECIPE:

• The rainbow background was created using the new Quatrefoil Layers Stencils 
• Atelier Inks were used in blending the bottom layer of the stencil.
• The top stencil was then used over top along with Moonstone Glimmer Paste.

• Stamp out and color the Bee Young Free Bee image and critters. (Copic markers used)
• Use coordinating Free Bee Dies to die cut the images.
• Stamp out and die cut sentiment from the same set.

• Die-cut grass layers and assemble the card.
• Grass comes from the Horizon Slimline Border Die set.

Honey Bee Stamps | Spring Bliss - Day 3 Sneak Peeks

Welcome to Day 3 Sneak Peeks for Honey Bee Stamps Spring Bliss Release. Make sure you stop by the Honey Bee Stamps Blog for more inspiration from the Design Team featuring more day 3 product reveals!

This beautiful Easter Lily Card features the new Lovely Layers: Easter Lily Dies and the new Wood Frame Builder Dies. (Please note links will not be active until products go live on RELEASE DAY -  Tuesday 2/16 at 11pm EST)

Card Recipe:

• The glittery background was created by gluing the negative pieces from the Top Quatrefoil A2 Cover Plate. (See yesterday's card to see where the top plate was used).
• The background panel was then framed using the new Wood Frame Builder Dies

• The lily comes from the new Lovely Layers: Easter Lily Dies
• Ink blend the leaves and some areas of the flower to add some contrast and dimension.
• Blended using Goddess Green Ink and Detail Blender Brushes.
• Dotted details were done using Copic markers.
• Glossy accents used on the flower stamen.

• Round Flower vase comes from the Farm Fresh Dies.
• The sentiment was stamped and heat embossed in white on black using a greeting from the He Is Risen Stamp set and then die cut using the coordinating die.

I love how this Eater Lily card turned out.

Honey Bee Stamps | Spring Bliss - Day 2 Sneak Peeks

Happy Sunday Friends and Happy Valentines Day!

Welcome to Day 2 Sneak Peeks for Honey Bee Stamps Spring Bliss Release. Make sure you stop by the Honey Bee Stamps Blog for more inspiration from the Design Team featuring more day 2 product reveals!

This Spring Friendship Card features the new Spring Joy Bouquet Stamps and Dies as well as both the Quatrefoil A2 Cover Plate - Top & Base Dies. (Please note links will not be active until products go live on RELEASE DAY -  Tuesday 2/16 at 11pm EST)

CARD RECIPE:

• Diecut the background using both the Quatrefoil A2 Cover Plate - Top & Base Dies. 
• Glue together and attach to an A2 card base.

• Stamp out the Spring Joy Bouquet image. I used Fadeout Ink for no-line coloring.
• Watercolored the image with Atelier Inks. 
• Die-cut bouquet with coordinating Spring Joy Bouquet Dies.
• For sparkle on the flowers, I used Liquid Pixie Dust.
• Wrap the flowers using Floral Bouquet Wrap Die cut from vellum.

• Stamp and heat emboss the sentiment from the Spring Joy Bouquet Stamp set. 
• Die-cut with coordinating dies from the Spring Joy Bouquet Dies. 
• Ink - Juicy Ink 
• EP- Chrome Embossing Powder
