Do you know any Christmas Carolers? Well if you do this would make a great card for them!
For this card, I combined the Gather Together friends with some of the Snow Buddies stamps to create this Christmas caroling winter scene.
I began this scene by stamping out the elements from the Snow Buddies stamp set first onto a piece of watercolor paper. I then created masks for the images to cover them up. I then lined up the large Gather Together stamp with the images I had stamped previously, making sure that everything was aligned properly then removed the masks.
Next, I used the Mijello Misson Gold watercolors to color in the entire image. Once dry, I added the falling snow using one of the stencils from the Winter Wonderland Background set and texture paste.
I then stamped out the sentiments from the Fa La La stamp set onto black cardstock and die cut the strip using the Banner Builder dies. I also die cut the falala word die various times from the Fa La La die set to create a 3 layer thick sentiment to use across the card.
As for finishing touches, I added clear Wink of Stella to some areas, glossy accents to all their little eyes and noses and along the bottom I also added Liquid Applique to create some snow mounds.
