Happy PURRday Interactive Spin Card

Hello my friends!

Today I have a very cute and super fun card to share with you featuring the new Purr-ific Kitty Cat Stamp Set from FB Stamps.

The Kitty in the center spins all around the card so I thought it would be fun to add the googly eyes to make it look dizzy when you spin it.  Make sure you follow me on Instagram (I'll be posting this card in action for you all to see there 👀)

I didn't have time to shoot and edit a video this time (sorry guys, I know its been a while since my last YT video). If you are wondering about all the products I used today check out my links below. Hopefully these pictures will help explain my process.

I first cut out then colored my kitty using my Zig Markers. Next I glued it on to a piece of paper that I had cut out in the shape of a drop. You will notice I punched a hole in the center of the drop. On the left side of the picture, I have my die cut top panel which randomly I stamped with the ball of yarn using  Peacock Feathers distress ink.

To create my ball of yarn, I wrapped twine around a die cut circle. I then inserted a brad in the center of the back of the ball. 

Next I punched a hole where I wanted the Kitty to sit on the front panel of the card. Then I hot glued the Kitty to the back of the ball.

To finish off the card I slipped the brad through center hole on the panel and bent up the arms (make sure you don't squeeze the arms flat against the card stock or it may not spin easily). Then I added some foam tape to the back of the panel to pop it up and allow for the Kitty to spin.

Year End Thank You Cards for Teachers

Hello my friends!

Today I have a bunch of  Year End Thank You Cards for the Teachers to share with you all. Both my kids go to Portuguese School so that is why I made so many! I always like to thank the teachers with a little year end treat, as I could never do what they do and have so much appreciation for them.

I pulled out most of my Teacher stamps and zoned out creating them. I chose not to film the process video as this would be way too long to watch! I mixed and matched the stamps I had from various companies to make some one of kind cards.

Here is my first card.

For this card I used the Thanks A Bushel set from Lawn Fawn and a retired set from Clearly Besotted Best Teacher. I love that little happy apple face 😊

I colored this one in using my Zig Clean Color Brush Markers. and just added some glossy accents to the happy apple!

On the inside I also used stamps from the Best Teacher set.

This really cute and simple card was made using the apple from the Thanks A Bushel set plus the sentiments from SSS Hey Teacher.

This time I used my brand new Tombow Dual Brush Markers to color the apples in!

And again added glossy accents only to the glasses on the apple.






I had fun with this ruler card.
Here again I used my Tombow Markers in rainbow order colors and blended the colors out with a clear Spectrum Noir Sparkle pen.

I also added glossy accents to the die cut heart just to make it pop!

For this last card, I used the Apples from the Thanks A Bushel set and spaced them out using my stamp positioning tool.

Really simple and sweet!
All my cards actually came together very quickly. I guess that's what happens when you limit the stamps sets you use or have 😏
