Thankful for You Floral Arrangement Card | Studio Katia - STAMPtember Exclusive Stamp Set

Hello, my friends! 

It is time to reveal the STAMPtember Studio Katia Exclusive set for Simon Says Stamp. It is a gorgeous Fall Floral arrangement set called Grateful Florals, you can buy the stamp set alone, or if you like get them with the coordinating dies!

CARD RECIPE

Here is how this card came together:

• On Kraft cardstock, I stamped out the Grateful Florals using Blackout Ink. Leave the stamp in the Stamp positioner as you need it for re-stamping later.
• Next, I colored in the floral arrangement using Prisma Colored pencils.
• I then placed the finished colored image back into the Misti and restamped it with the Blackout Ink. Make sure the ink is completely dry before moving on to the next step. (Blackout ink dries quickly)
• I then blended out a few distress Oxide Inks using the Autumn Leaves Stencil to the background. (see links below in the supply list below) 
• OPTIONAL: Create a mask for the arrangement and or ink blend background first.  I didn't mask this as I could see where not to blend over through the stencil and I didn't want to risk pulling off or tearing anything with a mask.

• Once the stenciled background was dry I added the heat embossed sentiment using Gold Rush Emb. Powder. To make the sentiment stand out a bit more I added a shadow layer to the sentiment by slightly moving the position of the stamp. 
• Next, I trimmed up the panel and added a gold shadow layer behind it before attaching it with foam tape to the kraft card base. 
• To finish off this beauty I added some Satin Gold Pearls.

Pampas Grass Thinking of You Card | Honey Bee Stamps

Hello friends,

For my card, I wanted to play around with the new Lovely Layers Fall Foliage Dies. At first, I was going to use various dies and then I thought it would be fun just to use the Pampas and create an arrangement as they are so popular these days. 

CARD RECIPE

• Die cut 5 pieces using the pampas grass die from the Lovely Layers Fall Foliage Dies.
• Using the detail blender brushes, I added a touch of Tattered Rose (D. O.) ink to the edges.
• Next, die-cut the pieces from the Rattan Basket Dies.
• Ink blend the edges using Antique Linen (D.O.) ink.
• Add foam to the edges of the basket and piece it together, leaving the center open to build and glue the arrangement.
• On black cardstock, heat foil the sentiment from the Fall Foliage Foil Plate using Blush Foil and the Hot Foil Machine. 
• Use the coordinating die from the Fall Foliage Frame Dies to die cut the foiled sentiment. 
• Use Black foam dots to pop up the sentiments.
• Glue the elements to the front of the card. On the card base, I added a piece of pattern paper from the Grain and Grunge Paper Pad that I had trimmed first.
• Finish the front with some blush-colored gems from the Grain Grunge Gems Sticker pack.

• On the inside of the card, I finished this friendship card with a sentiment from the Inside Sentiments Comfort Stamp set.
• To tie this all together I used a coordinating envelope and the new Maple Wax Leaf Stamper and Autumn Wax Melts.

Witch Please Halloween Card | Honey Bee Stamps

Happy Monday Friends!

Have you checked out the new Spooktacular Release from Honey Bee Stamps?! There are so many cute products for Fall and Halloween. 

For my card today I am using a couple of the new Halloween sets. So let's get started.

CARD RECIPE

• To begin I stamped out the broom from the If the Broom Fits stamp set using Bee Creative Intense Ink and at the same time created a mask which I then fussy cut and covered the broom. Leave the broom in the stamping tool for re stamping later.
• Using the Circle Spotlight Stencil I then blended out some clouds filling in the masked area also using the Outdoor Scene Builder Stencils.
• I then removed the mask from the broom and colored it using Copics.
• Because the mask lifted some of the ink, I then placed the panel back in the Misti and re-stamped it for a darker impression. 
• I then stamped out the Witch Please sentiment from Hocus Pocus.
• The cat from the If the Broom Fits stamp was then stamped onto the broom.
• Next, I did some partial die cutting using only the end of the broom and then sliced off the paper to the edge of the die-cut broom end. 
• I then popped some foam dots onto the backside of the panel and glued it to a card base that I had adhered a piece of pattern paper to from the new Spooktacular Paper Pad.
• To finish I added some Spooktacular Gem Stickers and white gel pen details.

I left the inside of this card blank as you could use it for so many occasions around Halloween tine.
