Welcome back to Day 2 Sneak Peaks for the Summer Stems Release from Honey Bee Stamps.

I told you yesterday I had another Pride Inspired Card to share with you today, and here is! Isn't it the coolest rainbow card you have ever seen?! I am so happy with how this came together, and it looks even better than I had imagined in my head, lol!

CARD RECIPE

• To start I die cut all the pieces of the Lovely Layers: Coneflower Honey Cuts from white cardstock.
• I then colored each layer of the petals in rainbow order. Making sure the same colors overlapped the previous layers. 
  
• Glue and stack the layers together. To keep the petals separated I added some foam squares in between the layers.
• Color and piece together the center. I added sparkle glitter to add some bling. 
• Color in the leaves.

• On a Mini Slimeline Cardbase (3" x 6") front, stamp out the sentiments. Figure out the layout first and position of your flower pieces and then use a stamp positioner to stamp out the sentiments. Stamps come from the new Color Stamp Set. As you can see I curved the top sentiment over the coneflower.
• Glue the flower pieces in place.

• On the inside of the card, I stamped out a greeting from the new My Favorite Flower Stamp Set. In hindsight, it would have been easier to stamp out the greeting on the inside first before gluing on the flower in the front. Luckily I got a good impression the first time with a stamping block. The Honey Bee Intense Black Ink sure helped!

Hello, my friends, and happy weekend! 

It's time again for another Honey Bee Stamps Release. Today we kick off with Day 1 Summer Stem Sneak Peeks.

June wouldn't be June without sharing some Pride Cards, plus you all must know by now that my favorite color is Rainbow, 🌈! This clean and simple card features the new High Five Stamps and Coordinating Dies.

CARD RECIPE

• To create the thin rainbow stripes I used the SLIMLINE THIN FRAME DIES, and snipped off the excess. (I saved the colorful frames for future projects)

• I then stamped pot the world heart design from the new using the High Five Stamp Set using HONEY BEE INTENSE BLACK INK.
• Colored it in using Copic markers in Rainbow order.
• Die-cut the heart using the Coordinating Dies.
• Added glue to the landmasses and sprinkled them with Sparkle Glitter.

• Trim card panel.
• Pop the heart in the center using foam tape.
• Stamp the love on either side using the stamp from the High Five Stamp Set.
• Finish by adding the stacked letters "IS" in the center of the heart-shaped world.  Letters come from the TAILGATE ALPHABET DIES.

I love how this Rainbow beauty came together, super simple and so pretty. Stay tuned for another pride/rainbow-inspired card coming tomorrow. If you loved this one, wait until you see what's coming!

Sweet Smooch Valentine's Day Slimline Card | Honey Bee Stamps Day 4 Love Letters Sneak Peek

Today's Sweet Smooch Valentine's Day Slimline Card features the new S.W.A.K. Stamp and DIE Sets, the SMOOCH Stamp and DIE set and the SLIMLINE SENTIMENT STITCHED Dies.

CARD DETAILS

The first thing I did was stamp all the gold S.W.A.K. lips onto a piece of white cardstock using watermark ink and then heat set it with gold embossing powder. I then used the new slimline frame from the SLIMLINE SENTIMENT STITCHED to die cut the panel. I then glued it onto a piece of black cardstock that I cut to 9x4 inches that was then eventually glued onto the same size card base.

The next thing I did was to die cut the SMOOCH DIES and piece the layers together. I stacked and glued 3 white layers for more dimension. 

To complete the sentiment I also stamped out sentiments from the SMOOCH stamp set onto banners and used the scripted word dies from the SLIMLINE SENTIMENT STITCHED dies. To the scripted dies I die cut two black layers and topped it off with a red layer. I then added clear embossing powder to give them a glossy finish. The heart that I used to dot the "i" comes from the FOREST FRIENDS Dies, that I had from a previous project.

To finish off this sexy card, I just had to add a pair of red lips using the S.W.A.K. stamp and DIE. The lips were stamped out using CANDIED APPLE Oxide Ink then heat set with a clear embossing powder.

Day 5 Sneak Peek Honey Bee Stamps 5th Anniversary Release

You have made it to Day 5 of the of Sneak Peeks for Honey Bee Stamps 5th Anniversary Release, YAY!!! All products will go live at Midnight, so get your shopping list ready!!!

CARD DETAILS

All my cards today feature the FLOWER PETAL AND CENTERS COVERPLATES. To make 3 cards I only used each cover plate once!

For the first two cards, I glued the die cuts to a background that  I had added a rainbow blend two. I then just trimmed the panel in half to create pieces for two card fronts.

To the flower centers, I glued on RAINBOW RHINESTONES. I then stamped out the Hello from the new FRIEND stamp set. And added the stacked FRIEND DIE from the coordinating die set.

The same process and products were used on this nest card, only this time done in a landscape version.

Oops, just noticed a little die-cut piece that snuck into the picture. Can you spot it?!

This last one, I used both the FLOWER PETAL AND CENTERS COVERPLATES and stacked them together. I used the dotted areas as a guide to added different colors to the flowers.

I then added the same RAINBOW RHINESTONES to the centers and then added some green petals throughout.

To the center of the panel, I added the popped up sentiment from the FRIEND stamp set.

Love how bright these cards turned out and how they all came together fairly quickly.
