Easy to Make Snowman Gift Card

Are you ALL ready for Christmas?! I am definitely NOT, eek... and it's less than a week away!!!😨

If you have been following me on YouTube, you will know that I am doing a Holiday Card Series. Today's card will be the last one for the series. I had planned on making a few more but because I won't have time for video editing I have decided to take a break from the craft room and catch up on everything else.

Well let's get to today super cute card Snowman Gift Card. 

For this card I wanted to create a card using minimal supplies or at least supplies most of you would already have. Most of this card was done with circle dies. I did use a gift card groove die to hold the gift card in place, but you can easily replicate this without having one. You can either just use a couple foam squares to pinch the gift card in place (hidden underneath the gloves) or use a small circle die on each side and do some partial cutting to the width of a gift card.

To begin, I cut out the snowman's head and body using some large circle dies.
The nose was just a hand cut triangle popped up with foam. For his mouth I used very tiny drops of Night Sky Nuvo crystal drops and added a pink hole punched circle for the cheek. His eyes were also hole punched circles with glossy accents added to the black card stock.

For the mitts, I used 2 circle dies and then cut thumbs from the ends of a channel slider and glued them behind the circles.  As you can see I added a few buttons to the snowman's belly (the top two are drawn in as I didn't want them to interfere with the gift card) and for the bottom one I just added a sequin. To finish the snowman I wrapped the ribbon around the base of his head and glued the ends in place underneath the foam popped up head.

For fun I added some Sea Breeze Jewel drops all around the background.

The stamped sentiments come from Timholtz Carzy Birds Think/Talk set.

Quick Halloween Shaker Tags

Happy Halloween weekend everyone! 

Nothing like leaving projects until the very last minute... well that's how I roll! 

But these tags were actually really quick to create and so I want to share with you how I made them, just in case you are like me ;)

I will link most of the supplies I used below this post. Unfortunately, some of the stamps I used have probably been discontinued as I had bought them a couple of years ago at Micheal's. I'm sure you can recreate something similar using different stamps!

Quick and Simple Last Minute Father's Day Shirt Card

Hi All!

Thought I would share a really quick and simple Father's Day card with you today, perfect for those of you that need something last minute. Both my Father and Father in Law have to have pockets on their shirts so I though these were very fitting! 

I think these would also make great Birthday cards simply by changing the stamped sentiments.
