This first card was for Samuel. I made it to match his party theme. I used the monkey from Lettering delights Love Pets. I made a few changes to the file using the Silhouette Studio Designer Edition. I had seen a tutorial on how to make action wobble cards by one of my favourite bloggers, Jin! I did not however have any action wobble stickers so I just created my own by using a wire and coiling it around a pen a few times. Then I took two pieces of foam tape and cut a little slit in each, and bent the wire so that each end of the wire stuck to the sticky side of the tape. (Are you still with me?) Once that was done I simply centred one the foam tapes on the monkey printed on the base of the card and adhered the other monkey to the top foam. And there you have a home made wobbler!
This next card was made for Filipe, who is celebrating his Confirmation today and had his First Communion last week with my son. This was a very quick a simple card to make. I basically just used a variety of fonts that I had in my Silhouette font library. Printed and cut with the Cameo. Embellished it with a simple white ribbon tied in the shape of a cross.
Hope you like these cards, I had a fun time making them. Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
